Did we just have a holiday?

Oh yeah, it was called Easter.

I'm just now recovering from my egg overload and suger induced coma. And I can't forget the fry off...instead of ham and rolls for easter dinner, we did deep fried EVERYTHING: Halibut, carrots, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, green beans, broccoli.... I only have a picture of our fry station and not the food because I was too busy chowing down on it.

We also did an egg hunt and bags filled with candy, books and toys because I was too lazy to go buy baskets. And yes it was FREEZING outside or at least I thought so. {Side note: I think my kids are being robbed of what spring time is...seriously, in CA it would be mid-70s with blooms and green grass and we'd be in flip flops NOT winter coats. }
