No one said your thanksgiving had to be on the same day as everyone else.

Change of plans. We are now going to Grandma Petersen's for T-day. So that means I won't be doing my planned meal until a couple of days later...no worries. gives me a little more time to prepare. plus since I'm taking a turkey to grandma's it'll give me practice time on cooking a turkey again....though I won't be doing it India style. I've decided to do a Walnut Sage Pesto Turkey with Shallot Gravy for grandma's house. Also if I can get a hold of my auntie melissa's recipe, I'll do her yummy Lemon Sour Cream pie too. Man, i'm ready to eat.
